Heat preservation construction of pool wall. The depth of the pool is designed to be 1.2m, and the wall of the pool is made of 1.2m-long zirconia corundum brick, which cancels the horizontal joint and is convenient for overall thermal insulation, but it is not insulated about 200mm below the liquid surface for air cooling. The vertical brick joints of the pool wall are not insulated, and there is a gap of 20〜30mm on both sides to prevent the leakage of glass liquid and facilitate daily maintenance and inspection. Construction of the chest wall of the clarifier and the wall around the regenerator: Because the thermal insulation coating is a paste with a certain density, it must not be applied too thick for the vertical construction to prevent it from falling off. Therefore, the construction should be carried out in layers and leveled after Z.

Insulation construction of pool bottom. The key to the bottom insulation is to prevent the molten glass from entering the bottom insulation layer. Therefore, before paving the brick, the surface brick should be ground, and the gap between bricks should be no more than 1mm, and the expansion joint should be left at the contact place with the pool wall. The tamping material layer shall be uniform in thickness, smooth in surface and compact in contact with paving bricks.

Thermal insulation construction of melting crown and regenerator crown. 700mm is left at the expansion joint between each section of the molten crown and the crown, and 400mm around the thermocouple is not kept warm. Insulation layer: HSJ-780 composite insulation coating is adopted, which requires high construction requirements. The special person from the supplier will go to the factory for construction, and the construction personnel will apply it according to different parts and different consistences. The adhesive is firm, does not crack or fall off, and has high strength, thus ensuring the engineering quality. Insulation brick layer: when laying insulation bricks, the bottom surface should be in close contact with the sealing layer, and the arrangement between bricks should not be too tight, but it must be neat. Sealing layer: before construction, clean up the heat preservation parts, expose the original brick surface, and there is no dust in the brick joints. When constructing in hot state, we should not only ensure the construction quality, but also pay attention to safety. The thickness of sealing mud should be uniform and the surface should be smooth. After being heated and condensed, it will not crack and bulge, and it will be firmly bonded with the self-closed brick.
