The low porosity clay brick is made of flint clay, sintered mullite, "three stones" material and low impurity clay material through high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. It has the characteristics of high compressive strength, corrosion resistance, high starting temperature of softening under load, good thermal shock stability at medium and low temperature, etc. It is mainly used in the middle and lower lattices and wall parts of regenerator of glass furnace. The low porosity of low porosity clay brick mainly depends on flint clay to adjust the porosity. The performance, compactness, strength and erosion resistance of low porosity clay brick after adding flint clay are improved. The sintering temperature of low porosity clay brick is high, the raw material matrix changes greatly, and the erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and strength are further improved.
