Manufacturing process of electric cast brick: The fused cast brick containing 33% Zr02 can be made by mixing carefully selected zircon sand and industrial alumina powder in a ratio of 1:1, adding a small amount of Na2O (added in the form of sodium carbonate) and B20: (added in the form of boric acid or borax), mixing them evenly, melting at 1800~1900℃ and casting. On this basis, fused-cast bricks containing 236% ~ 41% ZrO can be made by using partially desilicated zircon sand as raw material. Zirconia-eorundum brick is a refractory product with 33%~45% ZrO2 content, which uses industrial alumina powder and selected zircon sand as raw materials. Mainly used in glass industry tank kiln.
