Brief description of production process:
Firstly, quartz sand, soda ash, feldspar and other raw materials are prepared according to the proportion, and then sent to a horseshoe flame regenerative gas glass tank furnace for melting. After clarification, the tube is drawn for forming, insulated and cut, then inspected, packaged and put in storage for sale.
Feeding → mixing → melting in a furnace → clarification → tube drawing and forming → annealing and cooling → tube cutting → inspection → packaging → warehousing.
