1.Batch preparation:
Batch production line consists of pneumatic conveying and feeding system, electronic weighing system and pneumatic mixed conveying system.
2. Glass melting:
The qualified batch delivered to the kiln head silo is fed by the closed screw at both sides of the unit kiln and put into the kiln head, and melted into high-quality molten glass at 1550~1600℃. After being clarified and homogenized, the molten glass flows from the melting part to the main channel, and then flows into the liquid trough through the operation channel for drawing the platinum-rhodium alloy bushing.
3. Fiber forming:
Fiber forming is the process of making glass liquid into glass fiber precursor. The molten glass flowing out of the multi-row hole drawing bushing is drawn and molded into fibers by a wire root cooler and a wire drawing machine at a high speed. The formed monofilament is coated by a monofilament oiler.
4. Preparation of wetting agent:
The wetting agent is a necessary coating for the production and processing of glass fiber, which can protect the fiber, bundle monofilaments, prevent .369 from accumulating static charges on the surface of the fiber, provide the fiber with the characteristics needed for further processing and application, and make the fiber and substrate have good surface properties.
5. Processing of glass fiber products:
Direct yarn, the precursor cake wound by the automatic bobbin-changing wire drawing machine, is dried (heated by steam) in a tunnel drying furnace, peeled, packaged, put in storage and delivered from the factory.
Chopped strand: chopped strand cut online after fiber forming, dried and screened by steam, packaged, put in storage and delivered from the factory.
